Dubailand parks & resorts is a proposed US$7 billion entertainment complex being built to create a major mixed-use resort and tourism destination within the UAE. The Dubailand project was officially announced on October 23, 2003. Dubailand will have an area of 278 km2 and include 45 “mega projects” and 200 sub projects.

As an owner and principal at EDG, Rob Wyatt worked with the client on the following scope: design management and coordination, park programming and metrics, design standards and guidelines, and coordinated budgeting, cash flow, phasing and opening day scheduling.
